Our gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items including perishables, custom orders, and personalized goods, cannot be returned. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item.
Exchanges in Case of Damages
When you want something, the best way to ensure you get it is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether a refund will be processed. You will automatically be refunded via your original payment method if your application is approved. You should also keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund.

Since personalization is involved, we are unable to accept returns of our products.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time on Domestic Routes
In general, domestic shipments take between 2 and 7 days to reach their destinations.
3.2 Dispatch Time
When an order has been paid, it is normally dispatched 1-2 business days after it has been received. Our warehouse is open from Monday through Sunday during regular business hours.
3.3 Change of Delivery Address
Change of address requests can be handled anytime before the order has been dispatched.
4. Tracking Notifications
A tracking link will be sent to customers once the shipment has been dispatched, enabling them to track the progress of their order.
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
You should reject the parcel from the courier if it is damaged in transit and contact our customer service if there is damage in transit. Please contact customer service if the package has been delivered without you being present.
6. Duties & Taxes
Prices on the website include sales tax already according to the data displayed there.
7. Postponements
Personalized products cannot be refunded because they are all customized.
